Returns and Refunds
At Vintimize, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following terms:
- Return Window: Initiate your return request within 7 days of product delivery.
- Restocking Fee: A nominal restocking fee of ₹100 per product applies for returns to cover processing, packaging, and logistics costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, return it along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size-related concerns with the following guidelines:
- Exchange Window: Initiate your exchange request within 48 hours (2 working days) of product delivery.

- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Exchanges are allowed for size changes of equal value.
- Shipping/COD costs for the exchange process will be charged.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us as we do not offer reverse pickup services.
- Use a traceable shipping service and retain the acknowledgment receipt, including the courier's signature and contact number.
- Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: The product should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Include your name, address, email, and reason for return/exchange in the package.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at vintimize@gmail.com.
Credit Notes
- If your desired size for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note, redeemable within 30 days on our website.
Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products purchased from the SALE section.
- Dissatisfaction with material, color, or minor variations due to monitor display or lighting.
- Products that have been washed or worn.
